CENTER STATE RELATION
1. Center state relationship was not so good at any point of time. 


2. When center state have same party government then center force their decision on state. It is against autonomy of state government


3. When there is different party in center and state then center use article 356 and impose presidential rule. 


4. Coalition government 1990
Center don't impose law on government. It was on bamboos so state misuse their power and force the center government to do if they not and they were  fall  their government. 


5. Supreme Court say if you use arbitrary manner to fall government then punishment was there until there was good reason for presidential rule or emergency.

DECENTRALIZATION IN INDIA - :
When power is divided in central and its constituents called federalism.
When power of central government and state government is taken away and given to decentralization

Ans. 1. To give power to local self government. 


also to mandatory to hold free and fair elections every 5 years of interval after 1992.


2. Independent state election commission constituted. 


3. Mandatory to state government to give some money of their revenue to local self government.
Up gives 13% of its revenue. 


4. One third will be seats will be reserved for womens. 


But, 20 states gives 50% reserved for womens.
And ST, SC, OBC, also get reserved for backward castes.

It has been established in all states of India except Nagaland, Meghalaya and Mizoram also in all union territories except Delhi.

  NEW DELHI : Invoking his government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said self-reliance is not just a government policy but a national spirit. “When every countryman takes pride, every countryman connects; self-reliant India doesn’t remain just an economic campaign but becomes a national spirit,” said Modi as he mentioned a series of Made in India achievements — from fighter plane Tejas to vaccines — in his monthly radio address Mann ki Baat. Bumrah released from team over ‘personal reasons’, to miss 4th Test

  Ahmedabad : India will be without pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah in the final Test against England after the 27-year-old was released from the squad for personal reasons, the BCCI said on Saturday. The right-arm seamer took four wickets in the opening Test in Chennai but was rested for the second match, which India won to level the series. Bumrah returned to play his first test at his home ground in Ahmedabad, where India triumphed inside two days to go 2-1 up in the four-match series. “Jasprit Bumrah made a request to BCCI to be released from India’s squad ahead of the fourth Test owing to personal reasons,” the board said. “Accordingly, the fast bowler has been released and he will not be available for selection for the fourth test,” it added. India have decided not to add any player to cover for his absence for the final Test, also in Ahmedabad from Thursday.
